Above your ceiling line sits the part you never see: a 4.4 lb (2 kg) cylinder of FK-5-1-12 clean agent — plumbed directly to the hub's nozzle and always under pressure, ready before you ever need it.

    Cut one opening

    Use the included template to cut a single round opening between two ceiling joists above your cooking zone.

    Mount the cylinder

    The bracket and FK-5-1-12 cylinder slide up into the ceiling cavity and lock to the joist. No plumbing hookup — the system is self-contained.

  3. 03

    Clip on. Calibrate. Done.

    The faceplate clicks on, the app pairs, and a 5-minute calibration learns your kitchen's normal cooking heat. About 45 minutes, start to finish.
